Experience as a Technical Manager, organizer of building projects, and builder in the family building company, conservative architectural restorations, reconstruction and road works. A qualified agent in the international property and credit business, with a Certificate of European Marketing issued by the Province of Macerata through the Association Confcommercio (Confederation of Commerce). European and extra-European experience: “Managerial in the Building Industry” Zagreb (Croatia), Prague (Czech Republic), Brussels (Belgium), Jerba (Tunisia).

Emiliana Rainelli, a partner in the company, born in Wiesbaden (Germany), has a diploma from the Linguistic Lyceum and a degree in Economics and Management of Tourist Systems. Good knowledge of English, French and German. Work experience in the commercial sector and, as administrative clerk, with a national and international road transport company. The holder of two certificates issued by the Province of Campobasso of Professional Aptitude for national and international road transport of goods, and for national and international road transport of passengers. Training course for comprehension of English organized by the University of Molise, certificate of attendance at a course on general VAT accounting issued by the business association Assoimprenditori. Certificate of national and international marketing issued by the Province of Macerata through the Confcommercio association.
